Nancy Roualet is a retired attorney who is currently the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chair of the Governance Committee, and an Audit Committee member.
She was born and raised outside Allentown Pennsylvania. She received an undergraduate degree in business from Pennsylvania State University (’81), an MBA from the University of Dayton (’83) and a law degree from Ohio Northern University (’87). After law school, she worked for the Ohio State Court of Appeals for two years and then moved with her family to Michigan. She practiced law for over twenty years in Michigan primarily in the areas of business, contract, and administrative law. She worked for a firm where she became a named partner (Bator, Roualet, & Berlin) and then went on to work as a sole practitioner. In 2013, she retired when her husband’s career took them to the Washington, DC area. She is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Washington, DC.
Nancy is married to Mark Roualet and they have four grown children. She first became involved with St. Vincent DePaul in 2009 when her parish (St Hugo of the Hills) decided to start a conference. From 2009 until 2013 she served as the vice-president of their parish conference. As a Vincentian she became very active in participating in home visits.
