Arkansas Disaster Case Management Program (DR-4698)

Serving Counties: Cross and Pulaski, for both homeowners and renters.

Case Management for Disaster Recovery is a free service which partners an individual or household to work with a trained Disaster Case Manager (DCM) 1-on-1. The DCM will perform an assessment of your needs and help you to access eligible resources. A DCM will advocate on behalf of the individuals and families with FEMA, Insurance companies, the Small Business Administration (SBA), and provide survivors with other disaster related services.
